We welcome visits by appointment, allowing you to see our facilities, meet staff, and observe sessions before enrolling your child. Once you have visited us, you will also receive a prospectus.

We offer gradual settling-in sessions, allowing children to feel comfortable with staff and routines. Parents are encouraged to stay initially until their child feels confident.

We welcome children from 6 months to 5 years old, with tailored activities for each age group to support learning, development, and social skills.
Our nursery is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, with the last pick-up at 5:45 pm daily. We are closed on weekends and public bank holidays. Our nurseries are open 50 weeks of the year, closing for one week at Christmas and one week in the summer.

Yes, we provide breakfast, lunch, tea, and snacks, all prepared on-site. We cater for dietary requirements and allergies—please let us know any special needs. We also provide nappies and wipes, so all you need to do is bring your child and plenty of changes of clothes, and we take care of the rest.

Yes, we accept government-funded childcare schemes, including 15 and 30 hours funding for eligible children, as well as Tax-Free Childcare. Our prospectus and admin team will answer any questions you might have about this.

We follow the statutory ratios set by Ofsted:

  • Under 2 years: 1:3
  • 2–3 years: 1:4
  • 3+ years: 1:8

Yes, we are fully Ofsted registered and inspected regularly, ensuring our standards for safety, care, and learning are met.

We use the Ovivio App to provide daily updates, photos, and reports about your child’s activities and progress, keeping parents connected and informed.
