To strengthen the quality of our teaching and care, we work with Early Years Consultants and Collaborative Montessori, ensuring our learning environments, approaches, and curriculum consistently meet the highest standards for every child.
For your child’s development, we use Ovivio, a secure online platform that supports our learning journeys and tracks each child’s progress. This helps us monitor key milestones, celebrate achievements, and share meaningful updates with parents.
We are also proud to be aligned with Millie’s Mark, the gold standard for Paediatric First Aid (PFA). This reflects our strong commitment to ensuring as many of our staff as possible are fully trained and confident in delivering first aid, helping us maintain a safe and responsive environment for all children.
To support smooth operations, we partner with Peninsula for HR guidance and BrightSafe to maintain robust health and safety procedures. Our staff are supported through Wisdom’s Employee Assistance Programme, and Wilson Partners manage our accounts to ensure the long-term stability and sustainability of our nurseries.
